​Double Play

On staff we have four experienced pitching instructors. We are proud to acquire their knowledge from playing in various minor league baseball teams across the country. 

 

 

Double Play has pitching mounds made of real dirt for pitchers to throw off of . This allows the pitchers to build up arm strength, work on mechanics and develop new pitches. Providing mounds with real dirt allows us to stand out from other facilities. The portable mounds, which majority of indoor facilities use, are made of wood and covered with turf. This can cause problems for pitchers such as mechanical issues and possible injuries.
